Insurance and Scheduling

Most major PPO plans are accepted. Aetna, First Health, Imagine Health, Meritain, Multiplan,

PNOA ,United Healthcare and Velocity.

CIGNA PPO and HMO plans.​

Please apply to see if you are eligible for zero co-pay lactation visits covered 100 % by your insurance.

I do not accept BCBS

I also offer virtual visits and phone consultations as well.

Blue Cross Blue Shield is not accepted.

It is $200.00 for a standard home-visit if your insurance does not cover your visit.

Fill out your new patient history and consent to treat form.

Form must be filled out prior to your visit. 

Step 3

Click here to schedule your lactation appointment. Make sure steps 1 and 2 are completed first.

All other insurance companies except CIGNA can take up to 24-36 hours to process.  Please do not make same day appointments unless you have CIGNA or will be self-pay.

As an experienced lactation consultant, I provide personalized and compassionate care to new mothers. I offer in-home consultations within a 25 -mile radius from my office in Plano. I see patients in Collin County cities such as Anna, Allen, Celina Frisco, Plano, Parker, Princeton, Prosper, Sashe, Wylie and North Dallas to provide the most convenient and comfortable experience for my clients. During our session, I will work with you to address any breastfeeding concerns you may have, provide guidance and support, and teach you practical skills to make breastfeeding enjoyable for you and your baby.
